a demolition permit.

All quotations include Demolition permits and Online Demolition proactively work together with the relevant Building Surveyors to ensure permit applications are processed in a timely manner.
Services Abolishments
Both Gas and Power services are required to be
abolished prior to commencement of demolition.

Quotations include the supply and installation of
temporary fencing for a maximum of three months.

This stage removes all demolition recyclables an waste from site by semi tippers.
Final Certificate
The site is inspected by the relevant Building Surveyor
and a Certificate of Final Inspection is issued.
